Luke was very polite and knowledgeable about my fireplace and did an excellent cleaning of my fireplace. My original appointment was yesterday between 10:00-1:00, I called office yesterday after 1:00 since no tech arrived yet and was told tech would arrive by 4:00. Luke called me close to 4:00 and we agreed upon an appointment for today at 8:00. Yesterday I spent entire day waiting at my house from 10:00 to 4:00. This was not the fault of Luke who did an excellent job but rather due to overbooking, from what I was told when I called your office after 1:00 yesterday.

Called Dean for an emergency service plumbing backup. Dean was extremely helpful. He talked me through the problem to trouble shoot and then drove out to help us even though he wasn't sure he would be able to based on the issue. He came out quickly, accurately diagnosed the issue, and fixed blocked sewer main. Couldn't ask for better service. Very grateful.
